We loved being amid the hustle-bustle of this historic city. The location was perfect for us to mingle with the friendly locals and try out street food. The hotel staff was attentive and accommodating. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were neat and tidy. Hotel facilities including parking and transportation were hassle-free. Moreover, the breakfast served was delicious and fulfilling. Definitely recommend staying here!
Nothing, no complaints at all.

the hotel's location in the historic district allowed me to explore and enjoy the local food at affordable prices.
The hotel lacked a coffee shop, or alternative sofas to enjoy when not in the room. Lastly, although the hotel staff was friendly, their English skills were limited, which made communication difficult.

We had a lovely time in this part of town, soaking up the local atmosphere and eating delicious, authentic food. the room was comfortable and clean, with a soft bed and neat bathroom facilities. the staff took great care of us, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed, including fresh towels and toiletries replenished daily. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast foods served every morning.
The lobby could use some more seating areas to relax and unwind.

The hotel room was comfortable, with a cozy bed to relax after a long day exploring the city. The location was great, near local attractions and restaurants. During the New Year, the hotel offered a special festive program, which added an extra touch of excitement to the experience.
The customer service was poor, with long check-in times and unhelpful staff who could not provide information about the local area or offer basic amenities like a functioning umbrella. The hotel lacked a coffee shop or alternative communal space to relax, making it difficult to escape the crowded lobby during busy periods.
